Gate Ministries Durban Central

Gate Ministries Durban Central was planted by Randolph and Rene Barnwell in Durban in September 2005. We are a family-centred church where principles of love, covenant, integrity, and righteousness are foundational to all we do.

The church is apostolic-prophetic in emphasis and functions with the following mandate, viz.

* To reconcile mankind to God
* To mature man into the fullness of the stature of Christ,
* To accurately reflect God’s image and glory,
* To facilitate the accomplishment of the eternal purposes of God in His Kingdom through His Church
* To reconcile all things in Christ, both visible earthly and invisible heavenly realms.

We seek to present God’s timeless principles to all people through song (praise and worship), the sound teaching of His Word and the production of books, study aids and audio teachings on CD’s. Our sincere desire is simply to be facilitators of the restoration of all people to God’s original design for their lives and to fast-track their spiritual development so that they would efficiently and effectively express their unique destiny in the Earth.

Our House Churches run every second week on a Wednesday evening at 7pm. You are most welcome to attend these smaller groups, headed by one of our elders or leaders. Currently, these take place in a home in the following areas: Durban Central, Durban North, Westville/Pinetown, Bluff, Wentworth and Merebank. We will consider initiating a House Church group in your community if it is not reflected here.
